Q. How do the flowers arrive?

A. Every bouquet is delivered in a plastic vase with water and special flower food, elegantly presented in our branded bag and packaging.

Please note that some arrangements shown on our website appear without packaging or in alternative vessels such as boxes or baskets.
If you require specific packaging, please let us know via WhatsApp.

Q. My flowers looked a little droopy upon delivery — is that normal?

A. Yes. Our flowers arrive almost directly from Holland, freshly cut and slightly dehydrated from transit.
Simply trim the stems at a 45° angle and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Within 12 hours, your flowers will rehydrate beautifully and regain their full form.

Q. Why aren’t my peonies blooming yet?

A. That’s perfectly natural. They’ve been freshly picked and will open gradually over the next few days.
To speed up blooming, keep them in a warm room.
To slow the process, place them in a cooler spot — even in the refrigerator overnight.
