Lavanda – General Terms of Delivery

At Lavanda, we value your time and are committed to ensuring that every bouquet arrives flawlessly crafted and perfectly on time. Each delivery is handled with care, elegance, and precision – from our atelier to your door.

General Conditions

  • Minimum order amount: €30

  • Regional delivery rate: €2/km

  • Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 8:00 PM

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

  • Night-time rate applies to deliveries scheduled after 8:00 PM.

Route Adjustments

If your order requires an alternative route or incurs additional travel costs, a €2/km rate will apply, along with any related expenses.

Special Requests

Please share any special notes or preferences in the “Delivery Instructions” section at checkout — we will ensure every detail is taken into consideration to create a seamless experience.

Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance

If your order is incomplete or contains any errors, please notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

  • You will not be charged for any missing or incorrectly delivered items.

  • Lavanda’s liability is limited to the value of the undelivered or misdelivered goods and the delivery cost.

Force Majeure

Severe weather or unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
In such cases, we will promptly contact you to reschedule at your convenience.

Recipient’s Absence

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the full value of perishable flowers and delivery costs will still apply, as fresh blooms cannot be reused or resold.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time by contacting us via email or phone.

Please note that modification or cancellation may not be possible if:

  • The flowers for your order have already been purchased from our supplier,

  • The order has entered production, or

  • It has already been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

In such cases, cancellation or refund may not be available due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.
